What is the best way to contact you?
The best way to contact me is via email at info@thescalplabflorida.com or by text at (850) 964-1141. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response Monday-Friday.
What if I’m running late for my appointment?
We understand things happen. Please text (850) 964-1141 as soon as you know you will be late for your appointment. If you are 15+ minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee the scheduled service will be performed . In this event your appointment may be subject to rescheduling.
How do I reschedule or cancel my upcoming appointment?
You can always check your appointment details by clicking on your text reminders for your scheduled appointments. From there you can check appointment details and reschedule an upcoming appointment. Please make changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or you may be charged the cancellation fee.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, I kindly request a 24 hour minimum rescheduling notice so we can attempt to fill your time slot. All appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be subject to a $50 fee.
Do you require a deposit?
No, we do not require a deposit of your service cost to finalize your appointment. However we do request you intend to keep your scheduled appointment time in good-faith.
Can I get serviced with my extensions installed?
No, we believe in order to get the full experience and effect of The Scalp Lab you need to have all extensions removed. We recommend our guests with extensions visit us between move-ups to clean and detox their scalp.
How do I book an appointment?
All new and existing clients can book appointments from the convenience of online booking. You can follow the booking link provided to view available appointment times and waitlist options if those times do not work. You can also e-mail info@thescalplabflorida.com if you have any additional booking questions.
Can I bring my children?
Due to safety concerns and limited space we kindly ask you to not bring your children or additional guests to your appointment. This policy is to ensure that you have a relaxing experience and is made with your child’s safety in mind.
What payments methods do you prefer?
Cash is preferred and appreciated. However, we also accept all major credit/debit cards.
Do you offer free parking?
Absolutely, we have ample parking on either sides of the building. You are welcome to park wherever you would like prior to your appointment.
Do you send appointment reminders?
Yes, you will receive a Text Reminder 72 hours before your appointment and a final Text Reminder 24 hours before your visit. Please confirm your appointment reminders so we are adequately prepared for your arrival.
